Does any one ever really share exactly what they do to make real money online? So far, I would have to say no to that question. Frustrating isn’t it? Sure is, and I am really getting tired of it. I have personally made some good money online. Sometimes up, and then some times down.
So what is ClickBank? Is ClickBank going to tell me the hidden secrets I have been searching for? No. ClickBank is nothing more than around 10,000 companies, products and or services that you can use one of their replicated web sites to promote and hopefully sell something for a commission paid to you by the middle man, ClickBank.
ClickBank is also a place where the average “little guy” can submit one of your own products to the ClickBank marketplace. I have submitted one of my personal courses to ClickBank, and it went pretty well. The cost is $50 at the time of writing this article, just to submit your application.
The idea is that anyone that sees your site in the marketplace, can very easily and quickly create an affiliate link for your product and receive a set commission percentage on each item of yours that they sell. You decide what their commission level will be. My product was set at a 70% commission to the person advertising it. Guess who gets the remaining 30% for basically doing nothing?… Me!
Cool stuff. The only problem is that these days is it becoming harder and harder for even the most advanced Internet marketers to successfully promote a “replicated” web site. The search engines do not like them, and in a lot of cases like with Google AdWords, they will not be allowed at all.
Like I said, ClickBank is there if you know what to do with it, but they will certainly not be sharing any secrets with you, me or any else for that matter. Are there really even secrets out there to be discovered? I think so, I hope so. Let me know if you hit on any big ones!

It’s amusing to me how people will rant and rave at a service that they have not profited from. It is like they are saying, I haven’t made any money from ClickBank, and therefore there must be something wrong with ClickBank.
The problem certainly couldn’t be in the way that they market their ClickBank wares. Instead of taking time to build a blog/website or even following a simple ad submission process on a service like USFreeAds, they declare I joined and I told one person about them but I haven’t made any money.
Don’t get me wrong; there are things I don’t like about ClickBank. Probably the biggest is their policy of needing a certain number of transactions before they can start sending you payments. However, just because I don’t like a particular policy does not mean that ClickBank is a scam in and of itself.
How ClickBank Can Feel Like A Scam
Okay, so what’s the bigger problem if it’s not ClickBank?
That’s an easy question.
From what I can tell ClickBank appears relatively lax in what information they allow to be distributed through their network. The end result finds you recommending less than desirable products if you are not careful by researching the information out yourself before choosing to put your marketing power behind it.
In such a case, you have not found a reason why ClickBank is a scam.
Fact is, you haven’t even found reason to point a finger of shame at the vendor who created the item you were marketing before the sky fell. Yes, it’s true that they should not be promoting false information on the market. However, if you haven’t taken the time to research the product you were promoting then a great deal (like 99%) of the fault resides right at your own door. If you did not take the time to research the product you chose to promote before you chose to promote it then that is something you need to correct in yourself before moving to the next product.
Therefore next time your ready to wave a finger of anger at the ClickBank scam, first make sure that you have done everything required to succeed with what you choose to market from Clickbank.
